Made to measure for health and social care.
Systems built for the people who keep care running, not the people who sell software.
Paying for a system you only use a fraction of?
Costs rising, demand increasing?
Want to actually close the laptop at five?
You don't need a big fix, you need the right fix.
It's not about buying a program that does everything, it's about finding the something you actually need. Whether that be getting your data straight and using the tools you already have, or targeting a specific workflow your team need support with.
Moai Systems are here to help.

Transcript of the example conversation.
Alan Brown: "Bruce Chaplin has called in sick ten minutes before his shift was due to start due to a headache. He texted his line manager to inform her and is now not reachable. What does the absence policy say about this?"
Mo: "According to the Absence Policy of Your Care Service, absence must be reported by phone to the line manager at least one hour before the start of the shift. Text or email is not acceptable for reporting absence. Since Bruce Chaplin texted his line manager only ten minutes before his shift and is now not reachable, he has not complied with the policy requirements for reporting absence."
Alan Brown: "What follow up action do you recommend I take?"
Mo: "Based on the Absence Policy of Your Care Service, the recommended follow-up actions are: 1. Since Bruce Chaplin did not report his absence by phone at least one hour before his shift and only sent a text message, you should attempt to contact him again by phone to clarify the situation and ensure proper reporting. 2. If he remains unreachable, document the attempt to contact him and inform your line manager or Registered Manager as per the policy responsibilities. 3. When Bruce returns to work, ensure a return-to-work conversation is held within 24 hours to discuss the absence and any related issues. These steps align with the procedures and responsibilities outlined in the Absence Policy."
Ask Mo a question. It answers from your own approved policies.

Moai Care, Moai Community
Our sector has the best people giving their all to help others, but are unable to solve the big problems, leaving us like we're running through honey. Our priority is to help good people do good. Not fragment them between competition and bureaucracy.
We listen first.
Tell us what is driving you up the wall. The gaps on inspection day, again. The culture that can't be cracked. The goal posts shifting. The uplifts that don't stretch. The support that isn't coming. We hear it, and we're here.
We pass on what works.
When a problem is cracked, then that should be passed on. Good practice travels faster when someone is carrying it and it should be carried with integrity.
Then we fix it.
If the same frustration keeps coming up, it stops being a moan and starts being a system worth making. Yours could be the next one.
The outcome should always be better. For those we care for, those we work with and for ourselves.
